Cisive is upgrading our FTP infrastructure. As part of this effort, the current (legacy) FTP server will be decommissioned by July 17, 2026.
A new production FTP server is being implemented in parallel, and we will notify when it is available for use. Once available we ask that you work with your internal IT team to begin updating your integrations, scripts, or connections to point to the new server ahead of the July 17 deadline.
What you need to know: • The legacy FTP server will remain available during the transition period • After July 17, the legacy server will be retired and connections to it will no longer be functional
We will share technical details in the coming weeks for you to share with your IT or technical team so they can complete the required updates.
